About Me

In my experience working in supportive roles, I’ve seen how transformative it is to feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I will offer you that same acceptance, creating a space where you can embrace yourself as you are. Together, we can nurture deeper self-understanding, helping you heal from past wounds and live your life more authentically.

How I work

I understand that taking the first steps into Counselling can be daunting, and as your Counsellor, I offer a safe, confidential space which is caring and non-judgemental. I will support you to unpack any aspects of your past or present experiences that are holding you back from living the life you want at your pace.

My role is not to impart advice or opinions but to make a commitment to listen to you without judgement in order to understand your needs and support you on your journey. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and to change and I respect how personal this can be.

I offer empathy, respect your dignity and will work with you to to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore your life experiences, in a way that is meaningful to you. I believe that empowering growth through compassionate listening can be life-changing.
