How I work

I offer a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space to help you explore your emotions and experiences, allowing you to identify and address the challenges impacting your life.

I bring calm, honesty, and support, creating an environment where you can set a pace that works for you.

People come to counselling for many reasons and taking that first step can be difficult and full of apprehension. I fully understand and strive to make the process comfortable, helping you begin your journey towards greater contentment. My approach is collaborative, focused on building a trusting relationship, so you can tap into your own resources to address challenges and better manage your life. You are the expert on you, and together, we will work towards lasting change and greater self-acceptance.
